REMINDER .....If you and your family got Medicaid Insurance during the lock-out....Please remember to report your change of income to the state assistance office or your case worker to avoid any possible penalties........This should be done by the 10th day following the month your income changed...Example ...if your income changed in March, you should report that change by April 10th.....You can call 1-877-395-8930 to report the income change....Also...depending on how much your income level changed, you could have the company insurance as a primary insurance and Medicaid as a secondary insurance......but you have to report the income change to see if you will qualify......
Also.....If your children went onto the CHIP insurance program, you should call the number on the back of your childs chip insurance card to report any income changes....

The first Monday of every month is Insurance, Pension & SUB day at the Union Hall. A committee member will be at the Union Hall on this day to help any employee/retiree who has questions or is having problems with Insurance, Pensions or SUB.
